Job Title: Commercial Lead - EU/ROW
Location: United Kingdom (Home based)

We’re looking for a strategic Commercial Lead to join our team at Intellync. In this role, you’ll lead the commercial strategy across our non-UK territories, managing a small but growing team while working closely with key partners and stakeholders across Europe. From exploring new business opportunities to overseeing operational excellence, this role offers a unique opportunity to expand our international reach in a rapidly evolving AgTech environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and manage the commercial team across Rest of World (ROW) markets, including distributors and a direct reports across multiple business units.
- Develop and deliver strategic plans to boost new customer acquisition and maximise existing account performance.
- Own and execute the commercial growth plan, setting and meeting sales targets and KPIs.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams to align commercial activities with wider business goals.
- Coordinate CRM implementations and ensure accurate, up-to-date customer account data.
- Identify new business opportunities across ROW regions, helping to shape market presence and competitive advantage.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and commercial reporting, contributing to planning cycles and performance reviews.
What you'll bring:
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial leadership role with responsibility for sales targets, team management, and strategic execution.
- Demonstrated capability in team leadership and in empowering individuals to reach their potential.
- Proficient commercial acumen and communication skills, with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in account management and new business development in technology, software, or AgTech sectors.
- Comfortable operating in a practical, fast-paced environment with project ownership (e.g. CRM implementation).
- Solid analytical and forecasting abilities, including experience working with budget and performance metrics.
- A full driving licence and flexibility to travel within Europe as required.
- Knowledge of agriculture or AgTech markets or additional European language skills (e.g. German, Czech, Polish).
Location
This role is predominantly home-based and can be performed remotely - occasional visits to our recently refurbished Peterborough office, as well as international travel across Europe will be required.
