Synapri are currently partnered with a leading multinational manufacturing company who are on the search for a Salesforce Administrator.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective implementation, configuration, and maintenance of our Salesforce platforms including Security and Profile management. The ideal candidate will possess a understanding of Salesforce architecture, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to successfully manage and optimise Salesforce instances. Will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality platform solutions that meet GA UK's requirements.

Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum

Location: Hull or Leeds area

Experiences:

  • Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Previous experience of managing CRM platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyse complex issues and propose effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration and Maintenance: Administer and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's unique business requirements. Customize and maintain user profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. Manage data integrity through data cleansing, validation rules, and duplicate management.
  • Workflow Automation: Design and implement automation processes using workflows, process builder, and approval processes to streamline business operations. Create and manage triggers, batch processes, and other automation scripts to enhance system functionality.
  • Integration and Data Migration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with other business systems. Oversee data migration projects, ensuring accurate and timely transfer of data between systems.
  • User Training and Support: Provide ongoing training and support to end-users to maximize their productivity and utilization of Salesforce. Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, collaborating with the support team when necessary.
  • Reports and Dashboards : Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insightful analytics for key stakeholders. Customize and optimize reports to meet the evolving needs of the business.
  • Release Management : Coordinate and manage Salesforce releases, ensuring a smooth transition for users. Keep abreast of new Salesforce features and functionalities and assess their relevance to the organization.
  • Quality Assurance : Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and system functionality. Perform testing for new features, enhancements, and integrations to maintain a high-quality Salesforce environment.
  • Documentation : Document system configurations, processes, and changes to ensure a comprehensive knowledge base. Create and maintain user guides and training materials.
