Yardman

MadiganGill are looking for a Yardman for 12 months for a project in Bristol starting ASAP.

The role will require someone hands on and with a broad skill set to run the yard and assist where needed around site. Duties will include.

• Daily Opening of office - Check Facilities such as bins, towels, toilet rolls and a general tidy up before office team start at 08.00.
• A general sweep up and tidy up of both main compound and remote compound 500m away once the main workforce has started for the day.
• Manage all deliveries received to the main compound, working closely with the security guard on the deliveries.
• Using a Telehandler or Excavator to load or unload deliveries.
• Carry out weekly checks to fire points
• Monitor and maintain the stores and COSHH stores.
• General handyperson when required, fixing and repairing when needed.
• Manage weekly Fuel and water deliveries.
• Work closely with the Senior Site manager to keep the site running smoothly
• Be a part of the small team we will have at the main compound.
• Maintain the compound and carpark.

Rate:- £21 - 22ph (Dependant upon experience and tickets.)

You must have the following,

• A Valid CSCS Card (If the above tickets are NPORS)
• First Aid Certificate (Ideal not Essential.)
• A Full UK Driving License
• Full PPE

Days: Monday - Friday (Occasional weekends available)

Hours: 07:30 - 17:00
