Are you passionate about data capture, governance and Quality Improvement? Would you enjoy supporting our workforce and making a real difference to the safeguarding of children in Fife?
An exciting and varied opportunity is available working closely with the Child Protection team, Children’s Services and wider health services across NHS Fife/Fife HSCP.
This dynamic role is centred around enhancing processes that support the early identification, intervention, and prevention of child abuse and neglect across NHS Fife/Fife HSCP. Working closely with the Lead Nurse for Child Protection, the wider Child Protection Team, and key stakeholders, the successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and maintaining robust child protection systems for children and unborn babies at risk of significant harm.
We are looking for someone with a background in governance and quality improvement, along with a solid understanding of the healthcare environment, You’ll bring experience in project management, risk awareness, and data analysis to help shape and inform child protection and care governance reporting. Previous experience working in the field of child protection would be advantageous.
This is a role for a self-motivated individual who can work independently with minimal supervision and manage a diverse portfolio of projects. The post-holder will report directly to the Lead Nurse for Child Protection.
