Pay: £12.30 per hour (increase to £12.60 upon successful completion of probation/standards and training)
Shift allowance: £1.25 per hour
Shift - Nights (Monday to Thursday 10pm to 6am & Friday 5pm to 10:30pm)
Full-time, Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Operate Small, Medium and Large injection moulding machines safely and correctly.
- Complete necessary worksheets in a timely and accurate manner.
- Ensure adherence to Standard Process Instructions, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organised working environment.
- Adhere to Company regulations, rule and procedures.
- Highlight any machine maintenance, matrix/reformers/tooling and calibration concerns.
- Report issues or defects to maintain production quality.
- Follow ‘think SAFE’ procedures and report any health and safety concerns.
- Keep your work area clean and tidy at all times.
- Be open to job rotation and support across various departments as needed.

- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (useful but not essential)
