About The Role

TAC Healthcare delivers comprehensive occupational health and wellbeing services across the UK, and as we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team and help keep our tech running smoothly - every day, and into the future.

The Role

As part of our dynamic IT team, you’ll be at the heart of our technology operations - providing high-quality support, delivering key IT improvement projects, and ensuring our infrastructure and systems are robust, secure, and scalable. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll interact with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party providers to ensure IT services are delivered to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as a key point of contact for all IT support issues across TAC Healthcare
  • Providing day-to-day IT support to staff and customers — resolving issues efficiently and effectively
  • Working closely with third-party providers to maintain service levels
  • Sourcing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software as required
  • Supporting the delivery of IT projects from scoping to implementation
  • Assisting with IT risk assessments and ensuring compliance with ISO and security standards
  • Auditing internal systems and helping drive improvements and best practices
  • Building relationships with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals
  • Promoting good IT practices among users to minimise incidents and outages

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365 and IT troubleshooting
  • Understanding of data governance, security best practices, and technical documentation
