The Role
As part of our dynamic IT team, you’ll be at the heart of our technology operations - providing high-quality support, delivering key IT improvement projects, and ensuring our infrastructure and systems are robust, secure, and scalable. This is a hands-on, collaborative role where you’ll interact with internal teams, external stakeholders, and third-party providers to ensure IT services are delivered to the highest standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Acting as a key point of contact for all IT support issues across TAC Healthcare
- Providing day-to-day IT support to staff and customers — resolving issues efficiently and effectively
- Working closely with third-party providers to maintain service levels
- Sourcing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software as required
- Supporting the delivery of IT projects from scoping to implementation
- Assisting with IT risk assessments and ensuring compliance with ISO and security standards
- Auditing internal systems and helping drive improvements and best practices
- Building relationships with stakeholders to align IT strategy with business goals
- Promoting good IT practices among users to minimise incidents and outages
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree or equivalent in IT/Computer Science or related field
- At least 1 year of relevant IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and IT troubleshooting
- Understanding of data governance, security best practices, and technical documentation
- Excellent communication skills — verbal and written
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A flexible, adaptable approach to changing priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude to problem-solving
