Description
A Tax Senior is responsible for delivering exceptional tax services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring outstanding customer service
Key Responsibilities
Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.
Prepare the tax returns in accordance with Xeinadin’s standard procedures.
Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget.
To act as a line manager for junior members of the team.
Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.
Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.
Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values.
Represent the firm internally and externally a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.
Prepare and review UK and tax returns for private clients, US Lawyers and partnerships
Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate key updates to clients and the wider team.
Key Requirements
3+ years of experience in UK private client tax with a focus on USA partnerships and high-net-worth individuals.
Ability to manage multiple client engagements and work within deadlines.
Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications
ATT qualified
Previous Experience in a Mid-Tier Professional Services Environment
Additional Requirements
A sense of commerciality and client management experience is a must for this role. Business development skills a plus, but not a strict requirement.
As well as strong technical tax skills, you will need the analytical and report writing skills to put it all together in to clear advice for clients.
You will need to manage, train, and provide assistance to, the members of the tax team to ensure that great teamwork is continued, and the business’s objectives are met.
