Description

A Tax Senior is responsible for delivering exceptional tax services to a portfolio of clients, ensuring outstanding customer service

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide an excellent level of service to a portfolio of clients which meets and exceeds their expectations.

  • Prepare the tax returns in accordance with Xeinadin’s standard procedures.

  • Ensure agreed deliverables are within a set timeframe and that the job is completed within budget.

  • To act as a line manager for junior members of the team.

  • Ensure self and team members follow all legal and statutory requirements.

  • Represent Xeinadin to the client ensuring that the day to day is delivered ensuring a focus on innovation and the future.

  • Deliver the Xeinadin vision and values.

  • Represent the firm internally and externally a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude.

  • Prepare and review UK and tax returns for private clients, US Lawyers and partnerships

  • Keep up to date with changes in tax legislation and communicate key updates to clients and the wider team.

  • Key Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in UK private client tax with a focus on USA partnerships and high-net-worth individuals.

  • Ability to manage multiple client engagements and work within deadlines.

  • Proficiency in tax software and MS Office applications

  • ATT qualified

  • Previous Experience in a Mid-Tier Professional Services Environment

  • Additional Requirements

  • A sense of commerciality and client management experience is a must for this role. Business development skills a plus, but not a strict requirement.

  • As well as strong technical tax skills, you will need the analytical and report writing skills to put it all together in to clear advice for clients.

  • You will need to manage, train, and provide assistance to, the members of the tax team to ensure that great teamwork is continued, and the business’s objectives are met.
