We're looking for a passionate and skilled HR Business Partner to join our HR & Comms team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

The Opportunity

As an HR Business Partner, you'll act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business. You’ll support the delivery of our people strategy, guide managers in building their leadership capabilities, and help us ensure an exceptional colleague experience.

This is a great opportunity to work across diverse business areas, influence key decisions, and contribute to strategic change that really matters.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Partnering with business leaders to deliver tailored people plans
  • Providing operational HR advice on employee relations, performance, development, absence, and engagement
  • Supporting Senior HRBPs in implementing strategic initiatives
  • Contributing to organisational design and change projects
  • Coaching managers to enhance people management capability and foster a values-aligned culture
  • Collaborating with our Centres of Expertise (Reward, Talent, L&D, ER) to provide high-quality people solutions
  • Analysing people data to identify trends and inform decision-making
  • Ensuring consistent and effective application of HR policies and processes
  • Supporting key HR activities such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent planning


About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5+) or has equivalent HR experience
  • Skilled in generalist HR, ideally within complex, matrixed environments
  • Well-versed in UK employment law and up-to-date HR best practices
  • Experienced in supporting people-related change programmes
  • A strong communicator and influencer, with the ability to engage leaders at all levels
  • Proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused
  • Meticulous in approach, with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
