Role Overview

As a Value Manager at Spirax Sarco, you will be the strategic custodian of value realisation across a portfolio of transformation initiatives. Working at the intersection of the Programme Management Office (PMO), Change Management Office (CMO), and Transformation Management Office (TMO), your mission is to embed value-thinking into every stage of change delivery—ensuring that digital, operational, and cultural transformations deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with our sustainability, customer-centric, and efficiency goals.

Your Objectives And Responsibilities Will Focus On…

  • Value Realisation: Define, track, and report on value metrics (e.g., ROI, cost savings, carbon reduction) across transformation programs. Ensure value delivery is embedded in lifecycle gates and post-implementation reviews.
  • Business Case Development: Lead discovery sessions to quantify benefits, support investment decisions, and align initiatives with strategic goals.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Develop dashboards and reports for senior stakeholders, providing evidence-based insights to support decision-making.
  • Capability Building: Create tools and training to enhance value literacy across PMO, CMO, and TMO. Coach initiative leads on benefit tracking and reporting.
  • Innovation and Alignment: Monitor industry trends, align digital investments with business value, and identify cross-functional value opportunities
  • Technology landscape & data strategy

Implement value realisation framework into existing tools / define the data strategy to embed value realisation across planning, forecasting & tracking into STS’ system architecture strategy

  • Dependency Management

Define & monitor dependencies between multiple outcomes / change initiatives and/or shared objectives with regards to beneficiaries and cost owners

Your Previous Experience Is Likely To Include….

  • Experience in value management, transformation, commercial strategy, or performance improvement roles.
  • Proven success in implementing value management frameworks in large-scale transformation programs.
  • Experience in global, matrixed organisations involving delivery, change, and technology functions.
  • A track record in stakeholder management and deriving insights from complex data.
