We're looking for an exceptional Personal Assistant to provide professional and proficient executive support to the Chief People Officer (CPO). This is a critical role, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of their day-to-day activities and helping to maximise their productivity and impact across the business.

This is more than a PA role — it’s a chance to be a trusted partner to a key Executive, contributing to the strategic rhythm of the organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Proactively manage the CPO’s complex diary, inbox, travel, and meeting schedule.
  • Act as first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and discretion.
  • Build strong cross-functional relationships across all levels, representing the People function with credibility and professionalism.
  • Anticipate needs and identify upcoming priorities or challenges, taking initiative to prepare accordingly.
  • Organise travel, accommodation, and event logistics with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Prepare presentations, track expenses, and use in-house systems effectively.


About You

  • A high level of emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills – you're confident, approachable, and trusted at all levels.
  • Impeccable organisational skills – you’ll juggle multiple tasks and deadlines without dropping a beat.
  • Excellent communication – clear, calm, and compelling in both written and spoken formats.
  • Tech-savviness – you're IT literate, numerate, and comfortable working with systems and data.
  • A naturally proactive mindset – you plan ahead, think creatively, and bring solutions, not problems.
  • A commitment to excellence and discretion – you know when to lead, when to support, and when to listen.
