Site Logistics Coordinator / Vehicle Progress Chaser | Blackpool

Are you passionate about the motor industry and looking to join a dynamic, customer-focused team? We are currently seeking a proactive and organised Site Logistics Coordinator / Vehicle Progress Chaser to join our Blackpool dealership. This is a key operational role supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth, efficient vehicle logistics on site.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site vehicle movement and ensure effective use of space.
• Progress chase vehicle preparation to ensure vehicles are ready for sale promptly.
• Manage forecourt and showroom displays to attract potential buyers.
• Support the Sales Team with all logistical needs to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Conduct transporter check-ins and liaise with drivers and sub-contractors.
• Fuel sold vehicles and ensure all are presented in optimal condition.
• Coordinate the workload of vehicles onsite, including client deliveries and collections.
• Provide off-site driving support as required.
• Assist with event and promotional site logistics.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a motor retail environment (preferred).
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A full, clean UK driving licence is essential.
• Willingness to work occasional Saturdays with prior notice.

Job : Full time, Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm

Location : In person

Pay: £10 -£12.21 per hour
