Trainee Internal Sales Executive

Fancy the opportunity to become a top class Sales Executive? Work alongside other like minded people as a trainee to promote our products, provide our customers with a good hire experience and build successful long-lasting relationships. You will ultimately become responsible for your own customer base as well as seeking out new business.

What You Will Do

• Support the field sales team by processing orders and serving customers with additional requirements.
• Promote and upsell company products to existing customers as well as developing potential new client relationships.
• Answer customer queries via telephone and email whilst providing the highest level of customer service.
• Produce competitive quotations, tenders, and pricing structures on customer accounts.
• Seek out new business by cold calling new customers and industries to introduce our product portfolio and to create leads for our regional sales team.
• Maintain and record all activity on the CRM system.
  
  

What You Will Need

• GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
• IT literate, particularly in the use of Microsoft packages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Customer focused with the opportunity to develop your passion for selling and providing solutions.
• Previous sales experience or knowledge of the equipment rental industry would be advantageous.
