Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Branch Manager with the day-to-day running and performance of the branch
  • Generate new valuations and secure new property listings
  • Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers
  • Negotiate sales to achieve successful deals
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
  • Contribute to innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Embrace and utilise modern technology to improve efficiency and service delivery
  • Support junior colleagues with ongoing training and development

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in estate agency, ideally in a senior sales or valuation role
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market is a plus
  • Proven track record in generating business and closing deals
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach to marketing and business development
  • Tech-savvy with a modern approach to estate agency
  • Full UK driving licence

Package and Benefits:

  • £30,000 - £35,000 OTE £50,000
