What You'll Be Doing: The Main Function of the Role
As our Website Administrator, you'll be the main tap for our website's functionality, usability, and visual appeal. You'll be responsible for regular updates, troubleshooting technical issues (no drips allowed here!), and optimising website speed and performance. You'll also team up with our marketing department to amplify our online impact, crafting and uploading engaging content like blogs, articles, and images. Plus, you'll be the one monitoring website traffic and engagement, ensuring we're always performing our best.
You'll be working closely with a variety of teams, including our products, purchasing, content writers, and web designers, to make sure our website not only looks good but also hits all our business goals. Ultimately, your mission is to ensure a seamless online experience for all our customers.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Based in our Skelmersdale Office.

- Conducting regular website audits: Catching any issues before they become a problem.
- Collaborating with other teams: Gathering all the correct information to make our website shine.
- Experience using packages like Excel and Photoshop: You're comfortable with the tools of the trade.
- Familiarity with data management: You know how to keep things organised.
- Previous experience with website or e-commerce CMS: You've been here before.
- Strong attention to detail: You take immense pride in your work, and no detail is too small.
