The Role

As a Front of House Assistant, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process and responding to guests via phone, emails and social media.

Responsibilities Include

  • Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently, including the issuance of room keys, payment processing, and providing necessary information.
  • Work closely with sales, housekeeping, and F&B to ensure a smooth guest experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room types, hotel facilities, and local attractions (including the Bodmin Jail Attraction).
  • Monitor room availability and manage room inventory to maximise occupancy and revenue.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
