Are you passionate about shaping the future workforce and creating inclusive, high-impact learning experiences? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Early Talent & Learning Specialist to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our early talent and regional learning strategy across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you’ll build structured development frameworks, drive early talent attraction, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience that supports long-term career growth for early talent and employees at all levels.

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Early Talent & Learning Specialist to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our early talent and regional learning strategy across the UK and Ireland. In this role, you’ll build structured development frameworks, drive early talent attraction, and ensure a consistent, high-quality experience that supports long-term career growth for early talent and employees at all levels.
- Lead Early Talent Strategy, you will design and implement a future-focused early talent strategy, aligned with our with business goals. This includes, executing employer branding and outreach strategies across our region.
- Manage Regional Learning Programmes, you will oversee the delivery and quality of training initiatives across the UK & Ireland, ensuring alignment with business needs and employee development.
- Engage Stakeholders & Partners, you will build strong relationships with internal teams, training providers, academic institutions and partners to enhance our impact and visibility.
- Leverage Data for Impact, use data and feedback to evaluate effectiveness of the programmes in your scope, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement.
- Lead Strategic Projects, manage cross-functional projects that enhance the employee experience, inclusion, and professional development across the region.
- Demonstrated success in designing and executing targeted attraction and recruitment campaigns, including inclusive recruitment process.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the business.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, adapt to change, and navigate ambiguity with confidence.
- A collaborative and inclusive team player with experience working in cross-functional and virtual teams, committed to continuous improvement and innovation.
