The Role
As a Senior Content Associate at Deliveroo, you’ll play a central role in designing, developing and delivering clear, engaging content and communications to support our restaurant, grocery and retail partners – as well as the commercial teams who work with them.
You’ll create and manage content that explains new features, supports product launches, and helps partners run and grow their Deliveroo business. You’ll also craft enablement materials and internal content that help commercial teams communicate our value clearly and confidently.
Working closely with subject matter experts, commercial leads and product teams, you’ll bring together insight, messaging and storytelling in a way that’s practical, relevant and action-focused.

You’ll create and manage content that explains new features, supports product launches, and helps partners run and grow their Deliveroo business. You’ll also craft enablement materials and internal content that help commercial teams communicate our value clearly and confidently.
Working closely with subject matter experts, commercial leads and product teams, you’ll bring together insight, messaging and storytelling in a way that’s practical, relevant and action-focused.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver content that explains product features and helps partners adopt new tools and services.
- Write and structure content across multiple formats – including blog posts, pitch decks, email copy, Help Centre guides, tablet notifications and website updates.
- Support go-to-market campaigns, building content that prepares internal teams and partners for successful launches.
- Collaborate across teams – working with product managers, account managers and content colleagues to create campaigns that are clear, on-brand and measurable.
- Maintain and optimise content in platforms like Seismic, the Help Centre, our website and the Partner Hub.
- Contribute to best practice by sharing learnings, updating playbooks, and continuously improving how we do content at Deliveroo.
- Content design: You write clear, compelling copy and structure content in a way that’s easy to read and act on.
- Customer- and sales-led mindset: You understand what matters to partners and commercial teams – and how content can help drive the right actions.
- Project management: You’re organised and capable of running multiple initiatives at once, with input from a variety of stakeholders.
- Strong communicator: You listen actively, simplify complex ideas, and collaborate effectively across different teams and levels.
- Strategic thinking: You understand the wider commercial goals behind each campaign and tailor your content accordingly.
- Team player: You’re proactive about sharing knowledge, solving problems together and supporting a healthy, collaborative team culture.
