About the Role
As a strategic Business Product Owner within our Customer Service Operations team, your role is designed to bridge the gap between business and client stakeholders and technical product development teams. The role will own the product vision for our Contact Centre Systems from a business perspective, ensuring that solutions align with company goals, customer needs, and market opportunities. The role will be responsible for defining features, prioritising the product backlog, and driving execution with return on investment, working in close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will coach and develop members of the wider team and business to share knowledge and understanding and maximise business opportunities. With the Scrum Master, you will facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborating closely with Developers, UX Designers, and QA to ensure timely and quality releases and work with our clients to gather stakeholder feedback on our product roadmap and communicate updates proactively.
About You
You will have experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role, with direct involvement in customer service operations and supporting technologies. A strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential, as is proficiency with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence. You should demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred candidates will have experience working in industries such as FinTech, SaaS or Financial Services. Familiarity with UX/UI principles and a data-driven mindset to support product decision-making is highly valued. Certifications such as CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner) will be an advantage.
