Job Description
As a Product Manager in our dynamic and innovative team, with a key focus on the Bingo vertical you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our customer over multiple brands both digitally and in-venue. This role requires a combination of product development practice, understanding of web and app-based software architecture, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure the successful development and delivery of consumer products whilst spearheading each project from an app-led perspective.

Job Description

Product Strategy
- Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap - with a key focus on Bingo, aligning with business objectives.
- Take on all product projects with a primary emphasis on being app-led.
- Represent the voice of internal users in product discovery, leveraging insights, analytics, and direct feedback to shape product direction.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in the gambling sector.
- Work closely with commercial, data science, compliance, and technology teams to understand needs and translate them into product features.
- Act as the key liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Engage with senior leadership to communicate product strategy, performance, and opportunities.
- Interact with key stakeholders from both our Venues and Digital teams to create a consolidated and collaborative roadmap of valuable Bingo features.
- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating business requirements into actionable tasks.
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to implementation and continuous improvement.
- Prioritize features based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility. Conducting market research and usability testing along with sound A/B testing plans to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences.
- Understanding the market landscape, customer needs, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for Bingo propositions and feature enhancements.
- Define and implement best practices for Bingo optimization, including process automation, data accuracy, and performance tracking.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly analyse product performance.
- Ensure all Bingo solutions comply with gambling regulations, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA), and responsible gaming practices.
- Work with compliance and legal teams to maintain adherence to advertising standards in regulated markets.
Demonstrable product management experience,
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on the Bingo vertical.
- Proven experience in delivering products that drive marketing efficiency, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing, data-driven decision-making, and customer segmentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with marketing, data, and engineering teams.
- A powerful advocate of collaboration, inclusion and partnership working, who is both resilient and empowering with a clear sense of purpose
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and planning ability, whilst being tactically responsive to changing needs

- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with well-structured and analytical approach to reporting
- Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers and can tailor communications to meet the stakeholders needs accordingly
- Proven experience of influencing internal stakeholders and suppliers providing clarity and insight to complex discussions and enhancements to service to achieve resolution and understanding
- Ability to initiate and manage change in a way which enhances Service Delivery, Support and Performance
