CDM Site Manager (Market Drayton)

We are recruiting on behalf of our client, who is supporting a leading player in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing sector, for an experienced CDM Site Manager to join their project team in Market Drayton. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the successful delivery of key project objectives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The role starts on the 28th of July and is a contract position lasting 2-3 months, with the possibility of extension based on project needs.

• Construction Design and Management (CDM): Proven experience managing site operations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency under the CDM regulations.
• SMSTS, NEBOSH, and First Aid: Demonstrated ability to manage site safety, mitigate risks, and provide first aid support as needed. These qualifications are essential.
• Industry Expertise: Experience in the Food and Beverage Manufacturing sector is a must, with prior work in the dairy industry considered highly beneficial.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work 10-12 hour days and adapt to occasional weekend requirements depending on project demands.
• On-Site Coordination: Effective on-site management skills to align workforce efforts and meet project timelines and deliverables.
