Our Active Outdoors Assistant role is all about giving people a warm welcome, sharing practical information and offering helpful advice. Whether it’s helping with cycle hire or supporting other active outdoor activities or programming, you’ll play a key part in making sure everyone has an enjoyable and memorable experience.

What you'll be doing:Reporting to our Active Outdoors Development Coordinator, you’ll be working with volunteers to make sure our bikes are safe and ready to be hired. You’ll be advising people on outdoor activities, helping with events and generally making sure that everyone has all the information and guidance they need to enjoy their time in the estate.
Your role is all about creating the best possible experiences for everyone. You’ll chat to visitors to understand their needs and offer tailored advice, whilst also keeping an eye on safety and promotion of the wider Blickling offer.
As a key part of the Visitor Experience team, you will help deliver key parts of the visitor programme, working alongside our Senior Programming & Partnerships Officer at peak times.
