Be Part of Something That Puts People First We know that when our colleagues feel supported, they can do their best work and live their best lives. We’re looking for a compassionate and experienced Wellbeing Intervention Practitioner to join our team on a Full Time, permanent basis and help shape a workplace where wellbeing is a priority for everyone, every day.

What is great about the role?

We truly care about our people. This role offers a unique opportunity to design and deliver trauma-informed wellbeing interventions that make a real difference to colleagues' lives. You’ll be at the heart of building a safe, supportive and inclusive culture – tailoring your approach to reach colleagues when and where they need it most, including out-of-hours and for those working shifts or weekends.

It’s a chance to bring creativity and compassion to the way we support wellbeing – through reflective practice, specialist trauma support, engaging internal comms and campaigns that bring our values to life.

Whether it’s a one-to-one session, a team workshop, or a campaign on our staff intranet, you’ll help colleagues feel seen, heard and supported.

Where does this role fit in?

You’ll be part of our dedicated Wellbeing team and report to the Head of Colleague Wellbeing. You’ll also collaborate widely with leaders, managers and teams across the Group to shape and deliver a dynamic, responsive wellbeing offer that reflects the diverse needs of our colleagues and be a workplace where everyone feels safe, included and able to be themselves.

What Skills and Experience do you need?

We’re looking for someone with strong experience supporting mental health and resilience in the workplace, and a solid understanding of trauma-informed approaches. You’ll be qualified in trauma-informed or therapeutic practices (such as NLP, solution-focused or resilience-based interventions) and confident delivering one-to-one and group wellbeing sessions, including reflective practice and post-incident support.

Strong communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and an inclusive, compassionate approach are key. You’ll have experience engaging diverse teams through learning interventions, digital platforms and internal communications, and be confident working with leaders and managers to shape support. Knowledge of safeguarding, mental health services, and evaluating the impact of wellbeing initiatives will also help you succeed in this role.
