ABOUT THE TEAM AND PROJECT

Our objective is to establish a reputation for delivering exceptional services both within and beyond the university sector. The successful candidate will become part of a dynamic and multi-skilled Facilities Management (FM) team, committed to providing a professional, customer-focused, compliant, and cost-effective service.


ABOUT THE ROLE

This position entails supporting various facilities-related duties, including operating university vehicles to transport library books between the main campus and an off-site storage facility. The role also involves maintaining cleanliness at the off-site location and managing waste removal efficiently. Ensuring site security is a critical aspect of the role, requiring vigilance and responsiveness to incidents that may arise, including the protection of university assets. Additional responsibilities include completing standard reports on daily activities, irregularities, and incidents such as property damage, unauthorized access, or unusual occurrences.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:45 PM


ABOUT YOU

We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive individuals with experience in maintaining cleaning standards and driving. A full, valid driving license is required, as the role involves daily operation of university vehicles. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to take ownership of tasks and work independently.
