About the Role
We’re looking for a Junior Dispute Resolution Solicitor (around 2+ years’ PQE) to join our newly forming Dispute Resolution team. You’ll support the development of this growing practice while managing your own caseload, with guidance from a senior solicitor and collaboration with colleagues across the firm.
You’ll assist and advise clients on a wide range of civil and commercial disputes, including:
- Contractual disputes
- Property and land disputes
- Shareholder and partnership disputes
- Contentious probate
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence claims

What we’re looking for
- 2+ years PQE in general civil, property, consumer or commercial litigation
- A solid grounding in handling disputes and client matters
- Strong legal research, drafting, and communication skills
- An eagerness to develop professionally and contribute to team growth
- A practical, commercially sensible approach to problem solving
- Collaborative and adaptable – able to work well with colleagues across departments
Working arrangements
- Typically in one of our offices depending on geographical convenience, needs of clients and the team, occasional days from home
- Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
- Occasional travel between offices may be required
