Role Pitch As the EMEA IT Corporate Team Lead you will provide management of the EMEA team reporting, to ensure the team reaming motivated and provide prompt resolution of global technical support to our end user base at a rapidly growing rate of 1400+ employees. This will also include the development of the Corporate IT estate of applications and hardware, contributing to the global business goals and maintaining one standard IT solution that is required to evolve the growing technology tools. As part of the role, it is a requirement to have proven experience of line management, be self-sufficient, work effectively in a fast-paced environment for day-to-day support tickets, asset management and participation in small projects. You will become a regional lead contact for a range of IT incidents and requests supporting a variety of technology throughout the CloudPay estate.

- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to our global user base and act as the escalation path for direct IT team and end users.
- Take ownership of the build process of our laptop configuration for your region
- Management of hardware standards of IT Devices and peripherals.
- Participate with small project activities as directed by IT Operations Manager
- Place IT security as the forefront of your mind with the least privileged approach.
- Operate and maintain business as usual IT systems.
- Ensure the teams efficiencies, objectives and business SLAs are met.
- Maintain the asset management system to ensure we have 100% accuracy.
- Line management and development of the EMEA IT Corporate Team to include training, upskilling and knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with other regional team leaders to ensure standardisation.
- Identify and address any issues within the team to for performance, attendance and welfare.
- Proven leadership experience including hands on management of a similar team size
- Experience of conducting 1-1’s, team development and cross team training.
- Knowledge of IT systems and applications
- Experience in the use of software deployment tools e.g. SCCM, Active Directory
- Knowledge of IT security and data protection
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to explain technical issues with end users is non-technical terms.
- Knowledge of creating documentation
- Administrations of many aspects of the Office 365 Suite
- Awareness of ITIL best practices or an ITIL qualification
