We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives across Data Centre, Construction, and Telecom sectors. The ideal candidate will identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive revenue through proactive engagement with clients and stakeholders. This role demands industry knowledge, strong networking skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver high-impact business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities in Data Centre, Construction, and Telecom sectors.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and close high-value deals.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


2. Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and client needs.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define go-to-market strategies.
  • Build and execute sector-specific business development plans.


3. Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to key accounts, providing strategic input and support.
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.


4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with project teams, technical staff, and finance to develop tailored solutions and pricing.
  • Support bid management, RFP/RFQ responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with marketing to enhance brand presence in the relevant sectors.


Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 57 years of business development experience, ideally across more than one of the target sectors (Data Centre, Construction, Telecom).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strategic partnerships.
  • Experience in complex project-based sales cycles and B2B environments.


Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong understanding of Data Centre infrastructure, construction processes, or telecom technologies.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • High-level problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as required.
