- Generate £10k in upsells and 3 new client wins per quarter
- Track CRM data and support future propositions via client feedback
- Strong attention to detail, customer service focus, and interpersonal skills
- Commercial awareness and the ability to meet KPIs
- Confident communicator with excellent organisation and IT skills
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive attitude
- Driving licence desirable but not essential
