As a Cost Manager, you will be part of a small but strong team dedicated to planning, controlling, and monitoring project costs across the UK. You will play a key role in ensuring financial efficiency, managing budgets, forecasting costs, and keeping projects aligned with financial objectives.


  • Establish and develop cost account systems (i.e. Material, Labor, Third Party Workers) for Projects and internal orders, including Billings, project maintenance in SAP (Project setup, Closure, Cost Centre Set up )
  • Maintain annual standard calculations schemes for material, labor, and overhead, and provides cost calculation base for product / project pricing.
  • Track and maintains Actual cost compared to planned cost on project and analysing variances.
  • Prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Assist in internal and external Audits.
  • Ensure coherence with superior Controlling standards, policies and procedures, adopts respective processes.
  • Ensure planning, monitoring and reviews of Projects budget, and provides and comments Actual vs. Plan reports.
  • Monitor financial performance, provides KPI analysis, and prepare and comment respective performance reporting and forecasts.
  • Ensure proper revenue and cost controlling, and design and maintenance of underlying planned cost in account systems.
  • Analyse, prepare, approve and review Cost Centre expenditures, and provide respective reporting.
  • Oversee the day-to-day controlling and financial analysis operations.
  • Gather and consolidate budget data and monitor Actual vs. Plans comparisons.
  • Prepare regular business reports, checks for accuracy and completeness.
  • May carry out ad-hoc analyses and profitability calculations.
  • Support evaluations of assets and liabilities.
