New Store Opening! We are currently looking for Store Supervisors to join our new team in Tannery Retail Park, Stourport on Severn!

This is a brand new store and we are looking for Customer Service, Shop Floor & Replenishment Supervisors to join the team on a permanent basis to drive service, standards and sales. These roles are part time, offering 20-30 hours per week and will require the flexibility to work shifts during the day, evening and weekend.
Whichever role suits you best, to be successful you will need to be a team player who thrives in our fast-paced, high energy environment, where no two days are the same.

As a Supervisor, You Can Expect To
- Be enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great customer service
- Lead by example whilst being a great team player and role model throughout the store
- Assist the Management team in achieving store targets
- Provide colleagues with support, skills and knowledge
- Ensure Health and Safety policies are adhered to in order to provide a safe environment for our colleagues and customers
- Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
- Some experience of supervising/leading a team, in a similar environment
- A flexible approach, ‘can do’ positive attitude and the ability to inspire and motivate
- Commercial awareness within retail
- The ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
