We're looking for a talented individual to fill the role of People Experience & Communications Partner at Costa Coffee. You'll be responsible for working closely in partnership with key stakeholders across the business by devising and delivering strategic internal communications programs and initiatives, including change and transformation.

What you’ll do
As a senior leader in the Internal Communications team, the right candidate is a trusted team player with a can-do attitude and a partnership mindset, who wins with warmth, passion for progress, discipline to deliver and courage to challenge and drive positive change. We're looking for someone who can lead from the front and demonstrate the following:
Business Partnering:
- Act as a strategic business partner to key stakeholders across the business, including the People team, overseeing standard updates, cyclical projects, and change programmes.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to Global COE leaders, providing guidance, constructive challenges, and facilitating strategic alignment across messaging, projects, campaigns, and events.
Communications Planning and Delivery:
- Develop and implement communications plans supporting the business agenda, utilising diverse channels and techniques to enhance employee engagement.
- Create engaging content aligned with our tone of voice to connect and inform our global support centre teams.
- Coordinate internal campaigns, including culture, engagement, and strategic updates, ensuring timely execution of multiple projects.
- Curate content for internal newsletters, intranet, and company meetings, driving alignment with Costa's purpose, values, and behaviours.
Who you are
In addition to collaborating effectively with diverse teams, we would like for you to bring the following to this role:
- A proven track record of managing global internal communications in a complex organisation with several internal stakeholders.
- A partnership mindset and proven experience working as a business partner.
- Proven experience in strategic, operational, and change communications.
- Substantial knowledge in devising and implementing systems for evaluating the effectiveness of communications.
- Knowledge of new and emerging platforms and channels for engagement with target audiences.
- A proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising a variety of tasks while working to deadlines and budgets.
- A self-starter with high levels of personal self-motivation, a flexible approach to work, and a receptive approach to change.
- A commitment to your own professional development and that of others.
