About the role

We are looking for a HR Advisor who will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive human resource support to leaders and employees within our organization. This role is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for connecting with people, is a true collaborator, a trusted advisor and HR innovator.
Reporting to the HR Team Lead, Functions you will be primarily supporting the Functions portfolio in the London and EMEA region:
Partnering with HRBP’s to identify and prioritize people priorities to support the business strategy and HR Operational delivery.
Support case management, investigations, grievances and complaints while being aligned to the employee relations strategy.
Participating or Leading multiple cross-functional initiatives, providing HR subject matter expert input and project leadership.
Providing knowledge and experience to key areas of responsibility which include employee relations matters, building Leader capability, best practice HR systems and processes, facilitating organizational change and leading HR projects.
Maintaining complex stakeholder relationships and demonstrating your leadership capability through effectively engaging at all levels of the business.
Providing guidance and support in extensive case management files in collaboration with BCO

Fluent in written and spoken English with a second language a strong advantage. Rio Tinto is a global company and the duties of this position require daily collaboration with colleagues, teams or partners based outside Quebec.
