As Technical Lead for the Outcome Based Programs in EMEA LSS, you will be responsible for providing Technical Guidance and Escalation Support for all Performance Managers and Outcome Based Programs across the Pole. You will work closely with the Outcome Programs Delivery Manager, monitoring the success of the programs and providing guidance and mentorship from a technical perspective, to the Performance Managers. In addition, you will be expected to support the Business Development Manager to drive business growth and identifying new opportunities related to our aftermarket Outcome Programs (Life Cycle Management, Enabled Services and A360 programs).
With a strong technical knowledge, a wealth of experience and established support network the successful candidate will collaborate with GTAC, DE/Technology and other LOBs to deliver "best in class" Outcome programs.As a Program Principal here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and overseeing the successful execution of customer programs.

- A comprehensive technical knowledge of a significant portfolio of Honeywell Controls Solutions and applications, including but not limited to:
- All Experion PKS family of products, including TPS integration, DynAMo, Trace, PHD, etc. - Hardware and software
- Safety Manager - Software and hardware.
- EPKS qualified virtual infrastructure.
- All elements of VMWare vSphere solution.
- Microsoft Windows and Office Suite applications.
- PCD-OT and Cyber Security up to L4. - Including Cyber Insight familiarization.
- SCADA Solutions and Third-Party Interfaces with EPKS functions.
- Appreciation of Honeywell product network requirements inc. Domain administration, software defined networks and VLAN tagging - in line with the latest EPKS Offerings.
- Field Instrumentation and associated protocols such as HART, Foundation Fieldbus and Profibus.
- Enabled Services, MSS HSSN Solutions inc.PA
- Ability to demonstrate excellent individual and team communication skills
- Extensive Technical support Networks across all Honeywell LOBs
- Must have the ability to understand, diagnose and simplify technical problems. Provide clarity & guidance to both Honeywell and the customer during critical incident investigations.
- Being completely self-motivated

- Understanding of the Honeywell value proposition as well as the competitive landscape
- Degree in an engineering or science-related discipline, as well as 5 years of field engineering (process, service, maintenance, etc)
- Ready to travel when needed, +/- 25% of your time.
- Provide Escalation support and work in close collaboration with the GTAC EMEA Pole Leader to ensure Premium Customers receive a Premium Service.
- Lead Critical Case investigations, coordinating with multiple support functions such as GTAC and DE and providing stakeholder management as the primary point of contact to the customer.
- Collaborate with the Premium Support team for the following:
- All support functions for Enabled Services, proactive fault identification, reports delivery and customer feedback, amongst others.
- Consultation and delivery of KPI adoption for customers: Hosting KPI workshops with the Outcome Programs Delivery Manager.
- Standardisation on PSC deliverables across all agreements.
- Value recognition and logging throughout each year of the contract.
- Be the master in understanding customer requirements and be the person that can engage with customers to obtain their understanding and stakeholder management.
- Provide support and guidance, working with the Quality Team, for RCA and RMA support cases.
- Collaborate for the preparation of GTAC publications, such as Priority Notifications, BeAware advisories and Knowledge Sharing Mails, etc.
- Lead customer face-to-face visits, workshops and negotiations to develop compelling outcome programs that resonate with their needs.
- Attend and support the LSS and Sales organizations during contract renewals and sales pursuits.
- Align new programs execution and operational setup within local EMEA LSS organization.
- Represent Outcome Program in various internal reviews, meetings and forums.
