EPAM is seeking a talented ServiceNow System Administrator to join our dynamic team. This role offers the exciting opportunity to directly contribute to the operation, performance and support of the ServiceNow platform. The position focuses on key areas such as IT Service Management (ITSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Employee Center, and Integrations, with additional exposure to platform governance and compliance.


As a ServiceNow System Administrator, you will leverage your hands-on expertise to maintain platform health, ensure data integrity and support smooth operations. You will partner with developers and business stakeholders to enhance the platform, resolve issues effectively and facilitate improvements.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform to ensure optimal performance, availability and reliability
  • Load, manipulate and maintain data within the platform and across various ServiceNow modules
  • Conduct system and integration testing using the Automated Testing Framework (ATF)
  • Manage platform upgrades, patching and feature rollouts to ensure minimal disruption
  • Provide Level 2 and 3 support for incidents, service requests and platform inquiries
  • Proactively monitor system health, troubleshoot issues and ensure consistent performance
  • Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to implement enhancements and updates
  • Ensure ongoing platform compliance with governance, security and audit standards

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience administering or supporting the ServiceNow platform
  • Hands-on experience with ITSM, HRSD, Employee Center, CMDB and Integrations
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required (additional certifications such as CAD or CIS are a plus)
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, data imports and platform configuration workflows
  • Working knowledge of platform administrative tasks, including managing user roles, groups and access controls
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and basic scripting for administrative tasks
  • Demonstrated experience with code migrations, production releases and family upgrades
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in Agile or Scrum methodologies
  • ITIL Foundations+ certification is preferred

Nice to have

  • Exposure to Performance Analytics and experience with configuring dashboards and KPIs
  • Familiarity with Now Assist and AI-driven features within ServiceNow
  • Experience with the Workplace Service Delivery module
  • Knowledge of front-end web technologies such as AJAX, JSON and CSS
