About the role and practice

About You

We welcome your application if you have management or Lead Dental Nurse experience within a dental setting. Other industries such as healthcare or commercial (e.g., retail / hospitality) will also be considered.

• Greet and assist patients warmly, manage phone and email inquiries, and ensure a positive patient experience from check-in to check-out.
• Efficiently schedule, confirm, and manage appointments to maximize productivity and minimize wait times.
• Support smooth front desk operations, manage supplies, and coordinate with clinical staff to ensure workflow efficiency.
• The ability to communicate effectively with the team and lead them with a positive, proactive approach.
• Drive patient satisfaction and service quality and Engagement - Uphold patient privacy, follow local data protection laws, and maintain a professional, organized work environment.
• Manage the practice’s online presence (website, reviews, social media)
