The part-time (25 hours per week) Learning & Development Administrator will ensure that all training activities are well-organised, documented, and communicated. You will help TGW employees access the learning they need to perform effectively whilst supporting the delivery of a consistent and professional services aligned with business needs.

- Coordinate and schedule internal and external training sessions
- Book training venues, equipment, and refreshments as needed
- Send joining instructions and manage attendee communications
- Maintain accurate training records and attendance logs
- Update and manage the Learning Management System (LMS)
- Track completion of mandatory training and follow up with line managers
- Support onboarding by assigning required training to new starters
- Support with maintaining the training course catalogue and preferred supplier list
- Process training learner agreements and feedback forms
- Provide administrative support for apprenticeship, graduate, and STEM programmes
- Assist with data entry and reporting for L&D metrics and dashboards
- Liaise with external training providers for bookings and confirmations
- Support the Head of L&D and L&D Advisor with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Showing flexibility by adapting to changing priorities and supporting the needs of the team
Required
- Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Professional and courteous approach with stakeholders at all levels
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Teams and or Zoom online meeting platforms
- Willingness to collaborate with others and support the wider team when required
- Experience using or supporting a Learning Management System
- Experience in an L&D or HR environment
- Familiarity with training records and compliance tracking
- Knowledge of apprenticeship or early careers programmes
