Location: Hybrid – Office/Remote with occasional site visits across Restaurant Associates Venues

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Culinary Administrator to join our team. In this key support role, you’ll help ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our culinary department across 20+ prestigious venues. From chef scheduling and calendar management to organising recipes and supporting creative projects – your role will keep our kitchen teams running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the weekly and ad-hoc deployment of our Relief Chef team

  • Manage payroll, OurTime records, and rota planning

  • Own chef calendars and track culinary project timelines

  • Provide admin support for the Culinary Cookbook and development dayst

  • Maintain digital filing systems, SharePoint folders, and recipe libraries

  • Organise and upload content to our internal system (The Source)

  • Collate newsletters and best practices for the wider team

  • Be the go-to contact for chef bookings and venue coordination

  • Liaise with HR, Payroll, L&D, Marketing, and Operations for seamless execution

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and internal communications

  • Support GDPR, HSE, and food safety documentation

  • Ensure audit-ready records and minimal compliance issues

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Experience in diary/rota/project scheduling

  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail

  • Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Desirable:

  • Interest in food and hospitality

  • Experience in catering or a multi-site environment

  • Familiarity with Compass systems (The Source, OurTime, SharePoint)
