The Role:
Reporting to the Head of Logitech for Business (L4B) - Europe, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in managing all commercial aspects across Logitech's full portfolio for the business market. This includes Video Collaboration (VC), Services, and Personal Workspace solutions such as mice, keyboards, headsets, webcams, and productivity tools.
The Head of Portfolio will be instrumental in planning sales activities, aligning with country leads through commercial and analytical insights, and driving execution across the region in collaboration with Marketing and Account Managers.

In this role you will:
- Own and Manage:
- Support in providing guidance and recommendations for the P&L and investments across Logitech for Business solutions in Europe, spanning Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace..
- Management of NPI (New Product Introduction) forecasting and prioritization across Europe in collaboration with country leaders.
- Strategic Development and Execution:
- In conjunction with the global L4B team, deploy portfolio and brand strategies aligned with regional and global objectives.
- Translate market insights into effective campaigns, leveraging local knowledge to tailor global strategies for European markets.
- Portfolio Excellence:
- Accountability for the performance of all L4B product categories, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, and strategic goals.
- Advise and guide teams on investments to optimize value for key partners.
- Drive portfolio enhancements by collaborating with internal teams on lifecycle management and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Market Leadership:
- Support and challenge internal teams (Country Leads, Account Managers, and Marketing Managers) to grow their customer base by offering forward-thinking distribution models and alignment with consumer insights.
- Act as a trusted partner to country teams by providing key market analyses (via resources like GfK), strategy development, and business performance reviews.
- Collaboration and Best Practices:
- Facilitate cross-country collaboration by sharing and scaling successful initiatives across regions, channels, and customers.
- Maintain regular touchpoints with regional teams via virtual meetings and in-market visits (~30-40% travel).
- Operational Leadership:
- Own the demand planning process across all product categories, ensuring a smooth supply-to-demand alignment for both VC and Personal Workspace portfolios.
- Align strategies, campaigns, KPIs, and execution metrics with country leads and teams. Manage strategic objectives against competitor and industry trends.
- Representation and Advocacy:
- Act as a key business partner for local and regional stakeholders, advocating for Logitech’s full suite of solutions while building brand value in the B2B space.
- Be a brand ambassador, representing Logitech for Business in external forums and meetings.

- Professional Expertise:
- 8+ years of international experience managing portfolios, categories, or solutions within leading B2B companies.
- Proven experience with P&L ownership and portfolio optimization, with an emphasis on data-driven insights and strategic planning.
- Strategic Leadership:
- High-level strategic thinking to contribute to global plans while translating these into actionable category strategies for Europe.
- Expertise in managing NPIs, with the ability to articulate and execute a go-to-market strategy across diverse geographies.
- Passion for Innovation and User Focus:
- A deep understanding of end-user needs and behaviors, coupled with a passion for Logitech’s human-centered design principles.
- Demonstrated ability to commercialize innovative, user-focused solutions across varied enterprise and SMB markets.
- Communication and Influence:
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage, influence, and guide multiple stakeholders.
- Collaborative leadership style supporting both independent actions and teamwork in a global matrix organization.
- Commercial Acumen:
- Strong experience driving business growth in competitive, fast-paced environments.
- The ability to take a broad strategic perspective while also diving deep into problem-solving, decision-making, and tactical execution.
- Personal Attributes:
- Self-starter with organizational savvy to navigate complex matrix organizations.
- Resourceful with strong self-management skills, adaptability, and a hunger for success.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.
