Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM


Availability: On-call responsiveness required for occasional urgent matters outside standard hours

We're recruiting an experienced, emotionally intelligent, and exceptionally organised Executive Assistant to support the dynamic Chairman of a diversified and values-led organisation. This is far more than a traditional EA role - it's a trusted partnership at the heart of a multi-sector business landscape that spans real estate, education, co-working spaces, technology, and social impact.

You'll be instrumental in helping him stay focused, connected, and influential - not only in boardrooms and across ventures, but also across the platforms where modern leaders build thought presence and credibility.


Your Core Responsibilities

  • Executive Support: Manage a demanding diary, filter communication, prepare briefing materials, and ensure meticulous follow-up from key meetings.
  • International Travel Coordination: Plan and manage complex itineraries across global locations with a proactive, contingency-focused mindset.
  • Comms & Brand Liaison: Partner with the internal digital team to create and refine messaging for the Chairman's social channels (e.g. LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Facebook).
  • Stakeholder & Leadership Interface: Serve as a central point of contact for senior stakeholders, ensuring messaging is timely, diplomatic, and aligned.
  • Administrative Excellence: Produce high-quality documentation, agendas, and reports. Track project milestones and follow-through actions across the business portfolio.
