Position: Support Worker – Complex Care
Location: Kidderminster (DY11)
Pay Rate: £13.20 – £13.90* per hour
Hours: 35, 42 hours, and bank contracts available
Shifts: Days, nights, weekends, long shifts, and 8-hour shifts available
Shift Pattern: 8:00 AM – 8:30 PM / 8:00AM – 2:00PM

Honeybrook House provides care and support for up to 10 adults with learning disabilities and autism in a calm and welcoming environment on the outskirts of Kidderminster. Your Role

- Supporting daily routines and promoting independence
- Encouraging personal growth through hobbies, interests, and activities
- Assisting with healthcare needs, such as attending appointments and administering medication
- Teaching life skills like budgeting, shopping, and managing bills
- Providing personal care when needed
- Supporting with household tasks such as cooking and cleaning
- Offering physical and emotional encouragement and guidance
