The Scientific Laboratory Manager is responsible for managing a significant sub-division within the service, providing leadership, scientific guidance, and budget oversight. The role involves ensuring high-quality service delivery, managing staff, and performing specialised analyses of pathological samples. The post holder will also support departmental activities and contribute to the strategic development of the service.
