Bank Support Worker, Children's Complex Care

Provide personal support to children with a range of issues. Support medication administration and provide accurate documentation Observe, record, and escalate changes in condition following care plans Assist with mobility, nutrition, and other essential care needs as required Communicate effectively with family, Airmid Team and social care teams as required Maintain accurate records using our electronic care record system Adhere to infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures Essential Requirements: Right to work and live in the UK (UK Citizen or Indefinite Leave to Remain) Be registered on Social Care Wales Basic Life Support & Moving and Handling (practical) Able to evidence a clean DBS Provide satisfactory professional references
