We are seeking a skilled and creative Communications Officer to join our IT Services Customer Experience team on a 12-month maternity cover. You will lead engaging, accessible content strategies across digital channels, supporting service updates, project communications, and promotion of IT Services. You will need excellent writing and editing skills, experience translating technical information for diverse audiences, and confidence managing web content and newsletters. The role offers a collaborative, hybrid working environment within the University of Liverpool¿one of the UK¿s leading Russell Group institutions, renowned globally for teaching, research, and innovation.
You must be educated to degree level or equivalent relevant work experience.
This post is fixed-term available for 12 months (maternity cover).
