Job Overview

Objectives and Responsibilities

  • Provide a five-star VIP front-of-house service across multiple corporate buildings in central London.
  • Embody and promote the client's VIP Customer Service Strategy.
  • Drive performance and implement best-in-class practices.
  • Ensure guests are welcomed in line with MMC Security Policy, building protocols, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with MMC grooming and uniform standards.
  • Be knowledgeable about local transport, dining, and entertainment options.

Main Duties

  • Reception & Hosting & Floor Management

    • Greet and check in guests with exceptional service; notify hosts and manage luggage as needed.
    • Communicate effectively via email and phone to meet business needs.
    • Maintain strong building knowledge to assist with enquiries.
    • Manage guest registration using Condeco, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Monitor and maintain communal areas, reporting issues via the FM Helpdesk (Edison).
    • Collaborate with FM teams and support colleagues across all levels.
    • Undertake tasks and projects assigned by the Front of House Manager.
    • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet operational needs across multiple sites.
    • Uphold the “One Team” ethos in all supplier and team interactions.
    • Be familiar with emergency procedures and act as Fire Marshal when required.

What we are looking for

    • Proven experience in VIP customer service within corporate or hospitality settings.
    • Relevant qualification in Customer Service or Hospitality.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Confident in engaging with all levels of business and guests.
    • Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous improvement.
    • Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
