Acorns Children's Hospice are now looking for an Administrator (Data Systems Support Officer) to assist in collating, cleansing and checking data and providing expert guidance and training.

About the Role

At Acorns Children’s Hospice we offer specialist palliative care and support for children and their families across the West Midlands. We are there wherever and whenever they need us, in the hospice, community and at home. Our aim at Acorns is to help families feel equipped to cope at every stage of their child’s life with dedicated teams offering psychological, emotional and practical support.

As a Data Systems Support Officer, you will:

  • Monitor and resolve Service Desk Tickets
  • Provide first and second line support for data systems
  • Support data integrity through audits, validation and routine quality checks
  • Produce and maintain documentation, including user guides
  • Use data tools like Excel to extract and report on information

About You

  • Experience of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • Data quality and cleansing experience
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
