Vita CV is hiring for a UX agency looking for a Customer Journey Analyst to track user experience data and optimise customer flow across websites and funnels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Map customer journey touchpoints
• Review analytics to identify drop-offs
• Recommend funnel improvements
• Present insights to stakeholders

• Understanding of customer journey mapping
• Experience with GA4, Hotjar or similar tools
• Data interpretation and storytelling ability
