Work Pattern - 37.5 hours per week. We have 3 shifts available:
- Day Shift - Monday to Friday: 8am to 4pm (No Shift Premium)
- Late Shift - Monday to Friday: 2pm to 10pm (25% Shift Premium, attracting an additional annual payment of the base rate £7,875)
- Swing Shift - 2 week rota of one week early shift and one week late shift (15% Shift Premium, attracting an additional annual payment of the base rate £4,725)
About The Role
- Efficiently and effectively undertake refinishing and prepping of Partnership vehicles
- Prepare panels to an exceptionally high standard
- Application and paint spraying of a variety of vehicles including Home delivery vans, HGV units, Trailers etc
- Maintain a safe working practice that complies with current safety and Partnership regulations
- To ensure that high quality repairs are carried out in a cost effective manner.
- Assistance & guidance from team leaders
- To account for your own time, be efficient and motivated when working within the workshop.
- To work as part of the team and assist others where needed.

Qualifications And Experience Skills You’ll Need
- City & Guilds 2 or 3 Vehicle damage paint technician level or equivalent qualification
- Full UK Manual Driving Licence
- Previous experience of commercial vehicle painting
- LGV C+E driving licence
