Snappy Shopper is the market leader in the growing Q-commerce convenience grocery sector, worth £41b in the UK. In addition to our independent retailers, we serve most of the major convenience store players, including Spar, Nisa, Premier and Booker.
Snappy exists to enable local high street businesses to serve their customers online so that local communities thrive, and revenue stays local. Retailers have seen revenue uplifts of between £5k and £120k per month, making the platform mission critical to local business.

We are a Scottish start-up with 140 colleagues based around the UK and our Head Office is located in Dundee.

About The Team
Part of the wider Media, Groups, and Business Development function, the Snappy Brand Media Team partners with leading brands from many sectors and aids them in effectively communicating their brands across the Snappy platform. Our mission is to better understand the customer experience while driving value for our retail partners, brand collaborators, and Snappy Shopper itself.
We focus on revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing gross merchandise value (GMV), all while aligning with Snappy Shopper’s strategic goals—both short and long-term.
About The Role
The Customer Success Manager will manage end-to-end relationships with some of our key partners who use Snappy Media’s platform. Covering all areas of the engagement including business development and campaign delivery, this individual will use their proven data analytics skills to facilitate brand and sale performance evaluation, generate strategic reporting and to enable the business to identify new business opportunities.

About The Role
The Customer Success Manager will manage end-to-end relationships with some of our key partners who use Snappy Media’s platform. Covering all areas of the engagement including business development and campaign delivery, this individual will use their proven data analytics skills to facilitate brand and sale performance evaluation, generate strategic reporting and to enable the business to identify new business opportunities.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting the delivery and optimisation of retail media campaigns across the Snappy platform
- Acting as the day-to-day contract for client requests and inquiries
- Preparing and collating brand and sales performance evaluations, drawing insights from media, shopper, and retail data
- Assisting in the development of new business evaluations, including market research, opportunity sizing and competitive analysis
- Maintaining up-to-date campaign and client performance dashboards whilst tracking campaign metrics, timelines and budgets for wider campaigns
- Participating in client meetings, preparing agendas prior to the meetings before creating appropriate documentation and noting agreed actions during and after the meetings
- Monitoring industry and category trends to inform both client strategy and business development
- Maintaining and creating appropriate documentation including budget tracker, project timelines, reporting templates and campaign setup forms
To do this job well you’ll need:
- Experience in supporting media campaigns and/or running successful media campaigns
- Proven abilities around data analysis including Excel, but ideally with Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Ideally, proven knowledge of the Retail sector and retail media although we’ll consider those from similar sectors (e.g. wider FMCG)
- Real experience of client management, including business development processes
- Proven experience and knowledge of appropriate marketing processes
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Community: You can understand the wider media market place.
- Be Snappy: You’re able to plan and deliver on time and you use data to measure your success.
