About This Position

We are looking for a Net Revenue Manager to join our Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB) Commercial Excellence team. You will be a key player in the Commercial Excellence team with a focus to deliver the commercial plan for the business optimising the way in which we bring our brands to market while tailoring to channels, thus unlocking growth and new distribution for our brands.

This role is within a relatively new and highly dynamic function in the business with the ability to significantly influence both performance and process. We use data and fact to develop and implement best-in-class processes and tools to optimise business performance. Both technical and soft skills required to be successful.

What You´ll Do

  • Support the development of our Net Revenue Management strategy with an aim on enhancing both sales and profit
  • Create P&Ls / business cases with an ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear way.
  • Work in close collaboration with marketing & sales teams to build winning plans that drive profitable growth
  • Co-Lead (with category management) the development and roll-out of the Perfect Portfolio agenda
  • Develop our NRM reporting to deliver clear business diagnostics and drive action in priority areas.
  • Drive continuous improvement with the implementation and execution of NRM Global and Local tools.
  • Use commercial acumen to support effective business decision making, utilising a variety of different data sources e.g. Circana, Kantar, internal dashboards.

What makes you a good fit

  • Significant experience in a commercial manager role, ideally NRM, Category, Sales or Marketing.
  • Degree educated, or equivalent ideally in Business, Economics, Finance.
  • Highly numerate and a good understanding of P&Ls and attention to detail.
  • Highly proficient on excel.
  • Positivity and can-do attitude.
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo and to learn.
  • Good judgement and creative thinking with a positive sense of initiative.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability.
  • Can work as part of a wide team.
