Qualifications

Your role as People and Culture Lead

  • Understands the divisional and/or functional strategy and identifies opportunities to increase alignment with the business strategy by helping leaders identify, prioritise and build organisational capabilities, behaviours, structures and processes.
  • Accountable for building relationships with the Leadership Group to offer coaching and thought leadership on organisational and people-related strategy and execution enabling, to improve divisional and/or functional performance.
  • Inputs into, challenges and influences People Plans across the Group, division and/or function to ensure they enable the delivery of the divisional and/or functional strategy and commercial plan, including processes to support continual improvement.
  • Diagnose gaps between current and desired organisation performance and work with the People function to deploy actions to resolve gaps, including organisation redesign, process change, coaching and training.
  • Analyse workforce trends to model and forecast future labor requirements to support senior leaders in workforce planning and succession management, including a detailed capacity understanding of the assigned division and/or function to ensure delivery of financial targets and establishment.
  • Responsible for ensuring development plans are in place, reviewed and developed for top talent within the function and/or division to ensure performance delivery and creations of talent pipelines.
  • Champions our Culture and plays a key role in influencing both wider People team and Leadership Group to ensure strategic opportunities are identified and that key activities and initiatives are in place to bring our desired Culture to life.
