Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Standard Hours: Between 8:00am and 5:30pm
Contract Type: Temporary (4 to 5 months)

Your Role at a Glance:
Experienced Administrator – 1–3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role. Previous exposure to sales or marketing is an advantage, and experience in the property or construction sector is desirable.
Highly Organised – Confident managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-Focused – Strong attention to detail with accuracy in data entry, document preparation, and maintaining records.
Digitally Proficient – Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to quickly learn internal systems such as CRM software (full training will be provided).
Team Player – Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to work effectively across departments.

Your Role at a Glance:
- Sales Administration Support – Manage reservation paperwork, sales reports, customer enquiries, meeting minutes.
- Marketing Support - Manage Rightmove listings, website updates, and conduct competitor analysis.
- Weekly & Monthly Reporting – Update sales trackers, Visitor Traffic Schedules, Rightmove Reports, and Competitor Analysis.
- Sales Coordination – Liaise with Sales Advisors, Solicitors, and Customers to ensure all documents are accurate and processed efficiently.
- Compliance & Record Keeping – Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring all documentation is up to date.
- Event Support – Assist in organising show home launches, garden parties, and customer handover experiences, including ordering gifts and preparing documentation.
- Financial Administration – Sales commissions, expenses, and mileage claims.
- Sales Office Support – Arrange new site set-ups, coordinate IT, phone, and office supplies, and manage the Sales Office Rota.
- Reception Cover - Provide front desk support, including answering phone calls, assisting visitors, and sorting post. Duties include ad-hoc, lunch, and holiday cover as required.
